    I’ve been doing the “vegan-ish” diet for like 6 months now! It all started with Shayloss. Thank you Shay for changing my LIFE SERIOUSLY! THANK YOU! I’m now just pescaterian (eats fish) But I’m working out, eating healthy! I’ve lost like 45 pounds! Thank you Shay from the bottom of my now healthy heart! :D

    Shay, I will tell you a great strategy to losing a good amount of weight without intensive exercise (obviously some cardio, but not that much) Cut sugar out of your diet, any food with sugar as the primary ingredient don’t eat it! It’s tough for the first few days, but after that the weight starts peeling off trust me. And once you’ve lost a comfortable amount of weight only have sugary foods sparingly (special occasions and such) it works, it’s effective and you feel so much better!

    You can most definitely do a raw food diet forever. So many health benefits. You can make so many different recipes. I plan to go raw within the next year, and I can’t wait!
