Waterball Leg Curl Bounce – Bounce Boot Camp Exercises, Using a small balance or stability ball filled with approx. 3lbs. of water, lie on your back with water ball in between your ankles and your legs at a 90 degree table top position. Begin to bounce the ball off the ground and lift back up in a leg curl motion. We do this exercise for 3-6 sets of 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between. Water ball may also be replaced with a normal stability ball. Bounce Boot Camps are located at Big Foot High School Fitness Center in Walworth WI. 401 Devils Lane, Walworth, WI 53184. 262-275-2117. This video demonstrates how to perform each exercise for week three of your KoreFit Beach Body Blast contest all in a row. Do all 15 exercises in the order of this video for 20 seconds each without rest. Perform 3 sets of this entire video for your week three workout. You may take breaks in between each 15 set session if desired, however to get the full effect, it is recommended to do all 3 (15 set exercises) in a row without a break.
