This takes a magic touch. It takes a deeper understanding why they are here and what they are seeking. it is much deeper then fitness.trust me. When you use good systems that are strongly grounded in psychology and human anatomy the results can be astounding. Do not teach a fitness boot camp if you dont understand movement! As Boot Camp fitness instructor you need to be on the ball. You need to have eyes in the back of your head! But most importantly, you need to know how to throw a good party. Use humor often. I lost 65 lbs. in 7 months in bootcamp. Brian, ur explaination of how 2 run a succesfull bootcamp is right on da money. I would not have paid $250 per month 4 a whole 7 months if they were not as u described it should b. It is just a shame dat it looks like u dont have much space 2 do ur workouts outside. We would do 100% of our workouts outside. but great team u got there.

I do most these workouts on my own (gymnast), so it’s not so “professional”…but I would go to class if I was in states.

Just a observation, try an keep all the participants working on the same timing, that way every one does the same number of reps and its easier to keep track of the number of reps, for record so you can later compare. plus another good thing is if they all perform their repetitions together you can say ok 5 reps slow and controlled, 5 reps fast. add some intensity that way.

ROFL Didn’t even spell your own rank correctly, if you’re even in the dam service. What a joke, stop trying to act hard online. If you are, make sure you spell military ranks CORRECTLY so you would get at least a minimal amount of credibility.

I work full time as a personal trainer and have taught more BMQ, SQ DP1, DP2 and PLQ courses with brain dead assholes like you than I can remember. You couldn’t hold my shitty briefs you dumb yank.
